The Enterprise Learning and Development Partner will act as a trusted advisor and consultative partner with human resources and business leaders to assess and address organizational development needs and performance improvement opportunities. The person in this role, aligns with HR to support the Talent Strategy and develop employees at all levels to operate as a high- performance culture, and leads the design, development, and implementation of programs and strategies to fulfill organizational development needs and achieve program objectives. The Enterprise Learning and Development Partner is accountable for training effectiveness and delivery of quality learning and development experiences, and recommends and creates effective development programs and learning solutions that drive needed skill, behavior, and performance change in their audience, using contemporary techniques. This role may lead value stream work and be responsible for the tangible business outcomes from the solutions delivered.
