Become a presenterMonthly member events - Call for presenters! Your expertise is of value to our members! We invite professionals to come and share their innovative knowledge with the members and community of the West Michigan ATD. We seek talented presenters who can share real world examples and practical tactics that our members and attendees can apply in their workplace environments. Upon review of the details, we encourage you to submit a proposal in one of the following topic areas of the ATD Competency Model: Coaching Training Delivery Instructional Design Learning Technologies Performance Improvement Evaluating Learning Impact Managing Learning Programs Integrated Talent Management Knowledge Management Change Management We ask that presenters design their presentations with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles in mind, as well as include interactive methods of delivery in order to fully engage participants. ATD is a non-profit organization comprised of energetic and dedicated learning professionals committed to promoting learning and talent development throughout our community. Our members include trainers, educators, human resource practitioners, consultants, coaches, and other individuals dedicated to promoting understanding of the Talent Development professions and furthering the professional and personal development of its fellow members. Although there is not a financial reimbursement for presenting, presenter benefits include a free link to your business from our website, marketing of you/your business via our website, flyer, postcards, word of mouth, etc. prior to the date of your presentation and exposure to a diverse group of professionals. ................ Our West Michigan ATD board regularly reviews and will notify presenters that your program has been selected for presentation to our membership. Our VP of Education will then work with you on a date for your presentation which is typically the third Friday of every month.
