Trust as a Critical Core Value: What Does it Mean to YOU?
In this session, we will examine TRUST and what it means to us as in our role as trainers and leaders, and why it’s important. We will identify it as a key leadership competency and begin to understand it in a new way using the Four Cores of Credibility. We will focus on behaviors which help us be more consistent in using TRUST with others, but especially help us understand when we are undermining
ourselves and our relationships. Together, we will focus on:
Understanding the role trust plays in relationships and interactions – either as a “tax” or a
“dividend”
Using the Four Cores of Credibility to determine character and competence
Recognizing the 13 Trust Behaviors and Smart Trust Actions and how to use them to create better
relationships and collaboration
Creating a personal action plan focused on improving a key working relationship
Meeting will begin with networking at 5:30 Program begins at 6:00
