From AI Uncertainty to Strategic Partnership: How Talent Professionals Can Build Confidence and Lead AI Adoption

AI adoption is changing how organizations work. Talent professionals have an important role in connecting business priorities with the skills, leadership, and support people need to adapt, even as they build their own confidence with AI.

In this interactive, 90-minute session, Amber Anderson introduces her Regulate, Reframe, Rise framework to help participants navigate uncertainty and contribute to organizational AI adoption. Participants will practice a nervous system regulation technique, examine assumptions that affect their willingness to learn and experiment, and explore the capabilities needed to become strategic partners in this work.

Using an AI readiness diagnostic, participants will assess their organization from their own perspective and identify a priority to explore. They will connect that finding to a business need and leave with a personal development focus and a concrete next step for engaging business leaders.

Please bring a device for the interactive activities. You can complete the diagnostic on a phone, but a laptop or tablet is recommended for the best experience.
