and Performance Strategy?

Drawing on nearly 40 years of hands-on experience in creating thousands of learning solutions, Innovative Learning Group CEO Lisa Toenniges will be presenting live at our new location on GRCC's campus. Lisa will share her latest insights on using artificial intelligence (AI) to develop learning and performance solutions. She’ll also discuss how you can integrate AI into your learning experiences and provide a roadmap for incorporating AI into your learning and performance strategy.

Joining Lisa will be Matt Kurtin, ILG's senior director of technology and visual design, who will be on hand to answer any technical questions related to AI.

During the session, Lisa and Matt will discuss:

  • How AI fits into your learning and performance strategy
  • How various roles can benefit from using AI

Additionally, you’ll leave the session with a job aid highlighting the pros and cons of using AI for a variety of learning development tasks and learner experiences.
