Danita Taylor, PCC, SHRM-SCP
Danita Taylor, PCC, SHRM-SCP, LeaderShift Coaching, Louisville, KY is the Founder and CEO of LeaderShift Coaching LLC, a training, coaching, and consulting business specializing in leadership development. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville, where she also serves as a leadership facilitator for their School of Business Executive Education division.
Danita has over 15+ years of experience working in organizational development, operations management, call centers, banking, manufacturing, hospitality, military, academia, government, and healthcare. She has a passion for working with executive leaders helping them gain greater self-awareness, overcome fears and limiting beliefs, and create sustainable transformational results. Danita believes that EVERYBODY has a GREATNESS within them, and her passion is helping leaders discover their greatness and maximize their potential.
Danita has presented at the Kentucky SHRM Conference for the past two consecutive years, and she presented at the ATD Kentuckiana Chapter earlier this year.
