We are excited to be bringing you West Michigan ATD’s 8th Annual Learning Revolution! This is an excellent opportunity to engage with other learning professionals in the area while adding to your learning toolkit. Plus, there will be coffee and pastries, along with a chance to win a prize!

Session I: Lights, Camera, Learn: The Power of Video in Workplace Learning

This year's annual event will start off with a session brought to you by Jim Sturtridge and Carrie Rhein of MindSpring, an Award-Winning Learning Agency right here in Grand Rapids. This presentation will delve into the transformative impact of video as a learning tool in in the workplace. Jim and Carrie will explore the learning science behind videos, provide practical strategies for incorporating video into your training programs. Additionally, they will discuss the integration of video with eLearning platforms to create immersive and interactive learning experiences, discuss the importance of storytelling in video learning, and showcase some examples of how narratives can make learning more relatable and memorable. 

Session II: Quick Insights – Workflow Learning Small-Group Discussions

In this brief but impactful session, we'll explore the essentials of workflow learning and share practical strategies for fostering growth within our organizations. There will be a facilitator for each small-group to help get the conversation started!

Session III: The 5 Moments of Need: An Introduction to Workflow Learning

For this last session, we are thrilled to have our Keynote Speaker, Bob Mosher, CEO/Chief Learning Evangelist at APPLY Synergies & Co-Founder of the 5 Moments of Need Methodology

Mr. Mosher will introduce you to the 5 Moments of Need framework and its application in workplace learning and performance. This session is perfect for professionals who want to understand how to effectively design training that aligns with your employees' real-time needs.
