We are excited to welcome Adrienne Fraaza as our next speaker. With over 17 years of experience leading teams in higher education, Adrienne is passionate about helping individuals and teams develop relationships, create a shared language to improve culture, and foster remarkable team growth. She leverages CliftonStrengths, Enneagram, and LEGO® Serious Play® to facilitate transformative experiences. Harnessing the power of these tools provides a unique and effective platform for personal and team development.
During this session, participants will explore the characteristics of good leadership and will reflect on how they would like to grow as a leader this year, aligning with the competencies of Emotional Intelligence and Leadership under Building Personal Capability in the ATD Talent Development Capability Model.
As a result of the session, participants will:
- Understand the LEGO® Serious Play® method
- Be able to describe the characteristics of a great leader
- Identify one action item that will contribute to their leadership development this year
