Jeff is the Chief Coaching Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at CoachSource where he develops and engages over 1,100 external coaches connecting them to executive coaching engagements in corporations around the world. He is a member of Alexcel Group – The Alliance for Leadership Excellence with other thought leaders in the executive coaching and leadership development professions. Jeff is an executive coach, assessment coach, and workshop program speaker at the Center for Exceptional Leadership.
He created and led the Executive Coaching Practice at Humana where he coached senior leaders and established Humana’s Women in Leadership Group Coaching Program for the top 120 women at the health, insurance, and well-being company.
Jeff is a co-author of Rethinking Human Resources, Humans@Work, and Coaching Wisdom with other HR and coaching thought leaders. He earned a BA in Psychology from Georgetown College and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Jeff is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He is a Results Professional Certified Coach through The NeuroLeadership Group and graduated with distinction with a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from The NeuroLeadership Institute. He earned a coaching supervision certification and leads professional development for coaches. He is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.
He helped to launch an ATD (formerly ASTD) chapter in western Kentucky and was a member of ATD Kentuckiana. Jeff volunteers as a board member at The Society for Human Resource Management Foundation and the board of the Gay Coaches Alliance. He is a former board member at Stand Beside Them Inc. where he continues volunteering to coach military veterans. Jeff was named one of the top Twenty People to Know in Human Resources by Business First of Louisville and is the 2021 recipient of the Thomas J. Leonard Coach Humanitarian Award.
