Adapting to Behavior Styles While Teaching
This session walks through understanding the four main behavior styles and how they can differ, day to day, from the four primary personalities expressed thru DISC, Myers-Briggs, or Predictive Index. The session will look at how our own style as a teacher/presenter can be impacted as well. Finally, participants can expect to spend some time discussing ways to adapt presentations to engage various behavior styles to improve communication and learning.
