Why Change Efforts Fail (and what to do instead)
Have you ever been asked to implement a major change initiative in your organization and struggled to make it happen? In this session you will explore the three key reasons that most change efforts fail and what you can do to avoid them. You will walk away with specific steps that you can take to get your change management plan started right or get it back on track if you are hitting barriers. This will be a highly interactive session so bring your questions and come ready to work.
