Dare to Lead™ – Let’s Rumble

Now more than ever, we need everyone in our organizations to show up as courageous leaders. And yet, there's still a belief out there that courage is a skill only a few are born with. The truth is that courage is made up of skills that are observable, measurable, and (thankfully) teachable. This session will introduce the four skill sets of courage that are pillars of Dr. Brené Brown's Dare to Lead™ program. Her research has discovered a series of barriers that exist in our teams and organizations in the absence of courage.
Together we will explore the most insidious of these and offer a series of tools that can be implemented at the individual or team level to achieve greater trust, health, and effectiveness.

Participants will:

• Understand and explore the impact on their organization when courage is missing
• Be introduced to the four skill sets of courage that are teachable, observable, and measurable.
• Understand the components of the primary skill set --"Rumbling With Vulnerability."
• Hear from Brené a series of tools and approaches to enhance our ability to bring this skill out into our daily lives as leaders.
