John Niedzielski is the Director of Learning Design & Strategy within the Office of Performance Excellence at Davenport University. John oversees e-learning course development, online learning communities and various systems that support Davenport's award-winning talent development strategy which encompasses onboarding, training, leadership development, recognition, engagement and inclusion initiatives. John possesses over 20 years of learning technology experience in a variety of industries including higher education, multimedia, financial services and manufacturing.
