Leading With the Right Qs

Whether it is the intelligence quotient (IQ), emotional intelligence quotient (EQ), or adaptability quotient (AQ), focusing on one "Q" simply isn't enough anymore.  Moving through the "Q" line is essential to leadership success.

In this session, Esther will break down the three Qs into simple nuggets, and give participants keys to increasing their leadership EQ and AQ to achieve professional success.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the importance of leadership Qs to performance improvement
  • Develop a road map to improve your leadership EQ and AQ
  • Practice steps to overcome barriers to enchancing your EQ and AQ
