Sarah Remsburg is an internal consultant for the Fortune 500 company, Farmers Insurance. She facilitates a variety of courses helping leaders maximize results, coaches leaders, and certifies instructors for internal learning programs. She also partners with leaders to embed strengths-based leadership and develop traits of inclusive leadership as a key driver in achieving enterprise strategic goals. Sarah has led hundreds of workshops and spent the past eleven years serving as a lead facilitator, training and certifying others within her organization to deliver internal development programs.
