Bethany Daniels is a learning developer, project manager, and consultant at Herman Miller. Her passion and curiosity enable her to dig deep into the latest research and create learning solutions that empower learners and solve business problems. She enjoys creative problem-solving and partnering with others in the business to design and develop performance-focused and measurable learning solutions. In her spare time, Bethany enjoys doing outdoorsy things with her family, learning to play guitar, and working in her art studio as a woodcut printmaker. Bethany began her career as a high school art teacher before transitioning into instructional design.
Jeremy Smith is a global learning leader, innovator, and consultant at Herman Miller. You will find Jeremy architecting, deploying, and measuring learning using technology while enabling other learning teams around the globe to do the same. You may also find him teaching sailing on Lake Michigan during the summer and in a home recording studio during the off-season. Jeremy has worked in the learning and development space for more than 20 years and enjoys the constant variety and evolution of the profession.
