About the Presenters:

Kathy Glynn is the owner and principal consultant for Blue Sky Thinking. She is a professional facilitator, trainer, and coach.  With a background in organizational performance, Kathy designs and delivers solutions that achieve results for both the individual and the organization.  Her areas of expertise include leadership development, employee performance, and innovative problem solving.  Kathy is the co-author of ATD’s TD at Work “Design Thinking Meets ADDIE.” She teaches design thinking at Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she resides.

Debra Tolsma is the principal consultant and owner of Relevant Learning Solutions where she leverages design thinking to design, develop, and deliver solutions that build the capabilities of leaders and the people they lead.  She's also a guest lecturer at Kendall College of Art and Design and is a guest facilitator for the Design Thinking Academy at Grand Valley State University.   Before forming Relevant Learning Solutions, Deb worked for Steelcase Inc. where she led a global team of performance consultants, instructional designers, and administrators responsible for the learning management system and related services.  Deb is the co-author of ATD’s TD at Work “Design Thinking Meets ADDIE.”
