Developing the Killer Goal: Using Performance Management Thinking in Curriculum and Instructional Design

People often approach the design of learning interventions incorrectly.  In this interactive presentation, Kevin will explain how to apply performance management thinking to instructional design. You'd be surprised to see how closely they're related!  Be prepared to have some fun discussing a few of your design horror stories with your colleagues. It's okay, you'll be among friends and kindred souls!

Participants will:

  • Learn how to apply performance management thinking when conceiving and developing learning interventions.
  • Discuss how they have failed in their past.
  • Build an action plan for current design work.
