When it comes to virtual training, learning leaders know that engagement is the main question on everyone's mind. Will it be worth my time to attend or will it be an opportunity to check email instead? Virtual Classroom technology is powerful and has made it easy to connect with people from anywhere in the world at any time, yet we often still struggle with getting everyone to interact. This is precisely why well-designed interaction is the answer to the engagement puzzle. However, the technology features alone do not engage the participants. It is what you choose to do with those features that will make the difference. Learn from Kassy LaBorie and Tom Stone, authors of Interact and Engage! (ATD Press, 2015), about how well-designed activities are the key to virtual training programs that actually work to develop talent in your organization.
PLEASE NOTE that Kassy and Tom will be presenting virtually from their office in New York state to our classroom in Grand Rapids. What better way to learn from Virtual Instructor-led Training experts than in the medium they know so well!
