As Director of Learning Design & Strategy for Davenport University’s Office of Performance Excellence, John Niedzielski is responsible for the design and development of e-learning, multimedia projects, and learning management strategies to support internal staff, faculty, and leadership development. John possesses over 15 years of experience in educational technology, multimedia design and web management in a variety of industries including financial services, higher education and manufacturing. He has presented locally and nationally on topics such as learning technology and social learning. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Visual Arts Administration from Aquinas College, and recently completed the Master of Management program at Davenport University.
