Are you getting the performance you need from your people? There are many factors that influence performance, and it’s important that those who are responsible for the performance of others understand how to determine what is working and what is not.
Innovative Learning Group CEO Lisa Toenniges will present six simple questions to ask (think Gilbert’s Model/Binder Six Boxes) to ensure you get the performance you need. She will also share a robust Informal Learning Job Aid that will give you many options to address performance issues in addition to formal learning.
