  1. Identify ways for having a strong start to your presentation/training programs
  2. Explore different techniques that will engage your audience and help them retain/remember information
  3. Identify ways to “RAP” things at the end of your presentation/training programs

About our presenter:
           
Chet Magaway, a graduate of the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University has been the Assistant Human Resources Manager for the Division of Residential and Hospitality Services at MSU for the last 8 years.  His main responsibilities is training and development for regular staff in the division.  Previously Chet worked for Coca-Cola as a Human Resources Administrator.  An active member of the pastoral council at his church he is married and the father of three active children, enjoys cheering on Michigan State sports teams, spending time with family, and golfing.
